I had a rather productive day today. I managed to get the oil changed in
the car and the bike. On top of that I cooked up 5 pounds of sloppy
joe's for lunches and 2 pumpkins for pumpkin pies. I love this time of
year because I make my pumpkin pies from scratch (well, except for the
pie shell). It all started because my wife is allergic to cinnamon and
most pumpkin pies have cinnamon in them. I start out with pumpkins and
cook them to make the pie filling. My pies come out so much better than
the ones with canned stuff. :)
