Wine making

I have started 2 more batches... 6 gallons of apple wine and 1.5 gallons
of banana.

My plan is to split the banana in half when I rack the first time and
add cocoa powder to half to see what it does. I picked up Hershey cocoa
powder for the task.

oh, the blueberry mead is still fermenting though it is slowed down
alot. I figure a few more weeks of fermentation is left. I'll probably
rack it after it stops and let it clarify till mid-April and bottle it.
