I bottled some of my wines today. All told, I think I bottled like 25 gallons. The banana is a little dry, but good. The bananas with cocoa is a winner and like the first batch. I will be making this one again. The dandelion mead is incredible. It is sweet and fruity and had a great flavor. I need to make this again. The pear has a light flavor and needs a little more time to mature, but otherwise is very drinkable. The watermelon needs more time, so I racked it and will let it sit a few months.
