This weekend was pretty slow for us. We were both sick and Katya is getting over her cold. We got her a humidifier and it is doing its job. We took her to the October fest in Smithville on Sunday. It was chilly but was good to get out and do something. Katya wanted to go on the merry go round, so Rain took her on it - that lasted about 15 seconds.. as soon as the horse went up higher than Rain she wanted off and right away. Maybe next year she will be ready for it. We took the crib apart since she is sleeping in her big girl bed now. She has been doing very good with it. We put the gate up to keep her from wandering the house at night but otherwise it is going real good. We have her in training pants now, she has been going most days with a dry diaper and tells up when she has to go. I think she will be mostly trained by Xmas.
